NEVER BUY ANY EQUIPMENT FROM NordicTrack

They have the worst customer service. I ordered my treadmill on 12/13/23. They delivery was quick bc I got it on 12/22/23 without Any assembly parts.

I called 12/26/23 to order the parts and it was suppose to be send out. Called to follow up 1/2/24 told it was on backorder.

Called again on 1/15/24 and they order new parts again assured me it will be delivered in 3-5 business days.

Today is 1/22/24 I still have no parts. And no resolution to this issue!
