Remembering that everything is always, always in Divine Order even when we are challenged to see or believe it. In the meantime, take time to be grateful for the smallest of miracles that inhabit your life every day. Train yourself to seek them out and embody that attitude of gratitude on a daily basis. Here's a few ways you can do this:

1. Keep a gratitude journal. Write the things for which you are grateful at the end of your day.
2. Call, oltext or voice note a friend and let them know how grateful you are for them in your life.
3. Take a daily grounding break. Take off your shoes and dig your feet in the earth. Or wade in some water. Or gaze at the sky. Hug a tree. Feel the wind, the sun or the rain on your face. Make that connection with gratitude to the elements to which you are organically and spiritually connected.
4. Stop midday and say, "Thank you" out loud, joining your vocal vibration to the energy around you. Let it be a positive pebble in the energetic pond of The Universe.
5. Breathe.
6. Smile at someone just because.
7. Gift something to someone just because.
8. Try something new. Write a poem. Learn a song. Learn a greeting in a new language. Share a positive message.
9. Notice when you are frowning and stop.
10. Compliment a stranger for their hairstyle, clothing choice, shoes, the sound of their voice, or something they've said or shared.

Remember that you are . Your presence is a present to someone. That remembrance may be the biggest miracle of your day!!
