✂️ ALTERATIONS & FITTINGS POLICY
Alterations require precision, scheduling, and timely fittings. To maintain consistency and service standards, please note:
• Payment is due at drop-off unless otherwise stated
• Fitting appointments must be kept as scheduled
• Rush services are subject to availability and additional fees
• Garments not picked up within the stated timeframe may incur storage fees
• Missed fittings or delayed approvals may affect completion dates
Proper fit requires partnership. Timely communication and attendance ensure the best results.
And please remember policies aren’t barriers—they’re how we ensure excellence.
