(Causes All United to Serve and Empower) for Elegance, "The House of all things beautiful and exquisite," is the Jr. Apprentice Program of Camp Village, Inc. where students, age 13-18, learn how to create financial independence through developing their own products and services. The participants engage in an in-depth exploration of the business planning process and develop investor-ready business
plans that include writing their mission/vision, product/service development, operations plan and a financial plan. They also receive hands-on practical experience of operating a business in the Jr. Apprentice Program store, C.A.U.S.E. for Elegance. The C.A.U.S.E. Network consists of designers who create beautiful and exquisite things, Specialists, sponsors and organizations. In their store, the students are leaning from industry professionals with 20+ years experience in many disciplines such as Apparel Stylist, Buyers, Concierge/Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Customer Service, Fashion Design, Dresser, Event Management, Fundraising, Graphic Design, Hair Stylist, Interior Design/Layout, Inventory Management, Make-up Artist, Marketing/Advertising, Modeling, Photography, Sales, Sewing, Social Media/Website Development, Salon Spa Specialist, Speaking/Dressing Appropriately, Store Management and Videography. Through this program, we provide mentors/Specialists who work with the students to provide directions to find their passion as they build a resume to create jobs, find a job, and enhance their opportunities for higher learning and skills development. As they are learning these skills, we also inspire them to understand that in pursing their life’s endeavor, they must also understand the principle of giving. Therefore, all funds raised through the sale of products/services go to the Camp Village Scholarship Fund (Camperships) for students. Jo Roberson Edwards
