Friday morning reflection:
My team works in the bridal industry, where hospitality and service are at the heart of what we do. Every day they show up to help brides and mothers through one of the most exciting and emotional milestones of their lives.
They listen, guide, celebrate, problem-solve, and pour an incredible amount of care into every appointment. The goal is always to create an experience that feels thoughtful, special, and memorable.
Yes, in our industry, we often embrace the philosophy of "Unreasonable Hospitality ", going above and beyond for the people we serve. And my team does that every single day.
But somewhere along the way, that philosophy has been misunderstood.
Unreasonable hospitality should never mean accepting unreasonable behavior.
Behind every bridal appointment is a group of professionals who care deeply about their work and the brides they serve. My team gives extraordinary effort to create meaningful experiences, and they deserve the same basic kindness and respect in return.
The most beautiful bridal experiences happen when grace goes both ways.
