Okay, okay…you caught us. We love the Lord! 🤷🏽‍♀️

Our faith is one of the places where I friendship was built, and is the place where it is often times strengthened. We have learned that while we don’t always agree, it is so important for us to have a trusted space to express, exercise, and enhance what we believe. This ultimately extends beyond our faith too.

Make sure you’ve have friends in your corner that you can have conversation with that go beyond the surface. It does the soul some good 🫶🏽

One of the most beautiful forms of friendship is one that you’re able to grow in.

We’ve watched each other change.
We’ve seen each other struggle.
We’ve listened as the other has cried hysterically.
We’ve been there while the other person wasn’t themselves, through depression, uncertainty, or lack of motivation.
We’ve even stood beside each other through great loss and grief.

But…
We’ve celebrated each other’s wins.
We’ve shouted out each other’s resiliency.
We’ve cheered each other on as we blazed past our fears and insecurities.
We’ve witnessed each other change for the better.
We’ve stood beside each other through milestones and miraculous gains.

And through all of it, we still chose US 💪🏽♥️

When we met, we were just two girls with a bunch of crazy dreams, ideas, and nothing to their names 😂 But we’ve gone on to do some accomplish so much, and do some amazing things TOGETHER 🤞🏽

Here’s to friends that grow together and glow together‼️

We’re declaring that today is ‼️😂

Here is a short clip of our very first event that we hosted, Curls Night Out. It was a concept that we created to liken the process of taking care of your natural hair to maintaining a healthy mind and spirit.

We prepared for 15 women to show up and were hoping for 25. We were humbled by the attendance of over 70 young women, allowing us to pour into them.

The night ended with many tears, even more hugs, and the realization that Sisterhood is NECESSARY‼️

That’s why we’re starting She Speakx Hangouts, and we want YOU to join us for the very first one. We will be discussing the importance of sisterhood while uncovering what it is about it that can be so challenging to maintain.
