Let me remember today that Heaven is inside me
and all around me ~
I walk in the true light of this awareness.

My heart is true my mind clear
to see the Christ-light in all beings~
to feel the Holy Spirit moving through all things.

Today I live from this inner Heaven
and i see and feel it all about me.

One stormy day a year after my son crossed the veil, I gathered my things and went to my tipi . After I brought all my things in and felt ready ( the storm was rushing me !) I took a sacred medicine to open the inner door, to be in ceremony and connect to my son. The day was beyond my wildest hopes and I was gifted so much love.
Then it was time , I met with Fo - whole and smiling. His presence came clear and we shared , then he said,
“Mom, we’re in each other’s hearts forever.”

I answered, “I know Fo” then he stopped me and said slowly ,
“No, Mom - we’re in each other’s hearts forever ( paused) That’s the big deal.”

And I just sat there - taking in his words. And the most beautiful understanding revealed itself to me; Life is eternal , Love is the only real thing ~ Every true connection we make, every soul we meet in love, becomes part of an everlasting constellation within the Heart of God ~
We are not bound by time or form.
We are bound by Love ~
Love doesn’t die .

I hope Forest’s words open your heart today and that we feel blessed to meet all the sacred souls in our life.
We live inside one another’s hearts forever ~ One heart of creation.
Thats the big deal

At my yoga studio recently the instructor started talking about the word Yoga and what it means~ I was surprised that nobody knew what the purpose of Yoga was. Most people were there to exercise.
The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit yuj, which means to yoke, to join, to unite ~ In its truest sense yoga is the practice of uniting with The Divine , the direct remembrance that your individual awareness is not separate from God.
It is the union of the small self (the personality, the story, the mind) with the True Self, the radiant indwelling Presence.

This is why I have been doing yoga since I was in college.
I took two sections of it, so I would have it Monday through Friday.
I did it while I was pregnant with my babies. I do it sand, in the kitchen, in all the places I go and in my
Yoga is the practice of remembering that the Light of God is your very own Self 👏🤍👏

Say , “I am not separate from God. Ever. I am One with the stillness behind all change. I invite the Infinite Creator into my open mind and heart; I am one with this~
I realize that it is right here right now where I am. God cannot be apart from me, my awareness now is One with the Infinite Presence that is in me through me and all around me. I am One with this Divine Intelligence. I am guided by this Divine wisdom. I am One with Divine knowing. I am one with all of Creation ~ it is here that I live and move and have my being.
I invite the presence of God within me now. I accept my part in the Great Awakening.”

✨What we call the “spark of God” or the “Christ” is the living awareness of Love that never leaves its Source. It shines quietly beneath all appearances, untouched by time or circumstance. The human experience may veil it, but it cannot extinguish it.

Every being, every heart, carries this same divine luminosity—the one Light expressing itself through countless forms. Our journey, then, is not to attain the spark, but to remember it… to remove the veils that keep us from seeing that we are already Holy, already whole, already one with God.

The spark is not in us—we are in It✨

I know that the Living Spirit is within me and goes before me, making perfect, plain, straight, the pathways for me. There is nothing in me that can obstruct the Divine circuit of life, of love, of beauty and of the truth. I lift my cup high of acceptance, knowing that The Divine outpouring will fill it to the brim…. I identify with this Living Spirit in me and all around me. And all the power and the presence and all the life within it.
