We have some exciting news! Vivian O’Nay will be reopening towards the end of 2026 🎉🥳

We know it’s been quiet on our end as we’ve taken time to figure out what the future of Vivian O’Nay would look like after the fire and work through insurance, plans, and permits. We’re so happy to finally be moving forward!
First, thank you for your patience, your support, and the grace you’ve shown us over the last several months.
This season has brought a lot of conversations, a lot of decisions, and a lot of healing as we’ve worked through what comes next. We wanted to take the time to be certain about our direction before sharing it with all of you.
Today, we’re excited to finally do just that.
When we reopen, Vivian O’Nay will return as a gift, jewelry, and accessories store on a smaller scale.
While clothing has been a huge part of our story over the last eight years, our focus moving forward will be on the gifts, jewelry, accessories, and special finds that have always been such an important part of Vivian O’Nay.
Gift Cards, Credits & Online Store Information ⬇️
• All in-store gift cards, store credits, and loyalty points will remain valid and can be used when we reopen.
• We will NOT be reopening our online store. If you believe you have an outstanding ONLINE ONLY store credit from a return- please contact us with your mailing address at [email protected] within 30 days of this announcement. We will not be answering any messages or emails to our regular email or messenger to keep things streamlined and organized in the same place. Any verified online-only credit will be refunded by check. We are unable to contact everyone individually, so please reach out if you have a refund due.
We know some of you may be surprised by our decision to step away from clothing, so we wanted to share a little of the why.
We have loved helping women find confidence through clothing over the last eight years. Watching someone put something on and feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident never got old, and that part of our journey has brought us so much fulfillment.
The retail world looks very different than it did when we opened our doors eight years ago. Wholesale clothing costs have continued to rise and online shopping has changed the industry in ways none of us could have imagined back then. We ultimately chose the path that gives Vivian O’Nay the best opportunity to continue serving this community for years to come.
More importantly, we truly feel at peace with this decision. What started as one of the hardest seasons we’ve ever walked through has become an opportunity to create something completely fresh, and we are genuinely excited about what comes next!
What hasn’t changed is our love for our customers and our desire to create a place that feels special every time you walk through the door. The space is going to be beautiful, the shopping experience is going to feel completely fresh, and we truly cannot wait to share it with you. While this next version of Vivian O’Nay may look different, our goal is the same as it has always been: to continue being a happy place for our customers.
