Help Us Build Hockey Where It Doesn't Exist
Something special is happening in Aurora.
Every week, we're putting hockey sticks into the hands of children who never imagined they could play this game. Many come from neighborhoods where hockey has never been an option because of cost, access, or simply because no one ever invited them.
We're changing that.
The TOP CHEEZ Sports Initiative is built on three connected pillars that create a complete pathway for youth development:
Hockey Without Boundaries (HWB)
This is where dreams begin.
We introduce first-time players to the game through free clinics, equipment assistance, and a welcoming environment where every child belongs. A stick, a ball, a safe place to play, and suddenly a young person discovers confidence they never knew they had.
The Scholastic Ball Hockey League
Learning the game is only the beginning.
Our league gives students the opportunity to represent their schools, build friendships, develop leadership, and experience the pride of being part of a team. Just as football and basketball unite communities, we believe ball hockey can create a new culture of school spirit and opportunity throughout Aurora and Colorado.
The OPEN RINK Showcase
Every young athlete deserves something to aspire to.
The OPEN RINK Showcase celebrates the highest level of community ball hockey while creating role models for the next generation. It demonstrates that our neighborhoods can produce skilled athletes, exciting competition, and events that bring families, businesses, and communities together.
