What if I told you the secret to looking taller has nothing to do with what you add to an outfit. It has everything to do with what you don't. 🤎🌿

The number on your jeans is lying to you.
I know that sounds bold. But after almost 30 years of styling women I have watched size stop more women from looking and feeling amazing than almost anything else.
Go up a size. I promise you will look smaller not bigger. That is not a contradiction. That is just how fit works.
White denim especially — it is unforgiving. Every pull, every gap, every stretch shows. The right size lays flat and changes everything.

Did you know color psychology is one of the most powerful tools in fashion? And green is at the top of that list. Here's why. 🌿
Most women are drawn to green and there are actually two reasons why. Color psychology is one. But the other one is even more compelling.
Here's what the research shows. Green is the color most associated with calm. With confidence. With balance. When you wear green people feel at ease around you. They trust you. They're drawn to you. Without even knowing why. That's not styling. That's science.
And the second reason — green is one of the most flattering colors that exists. I have never put a client in olive green and had her not love what she saw in the mirror. That's not something I can say about every color. But I can say it about green.
And olive specifically sits right in the middle of warm and cool on the color wheel. Which means it works on every skin tone without exception. French women figured this out in the 1960s and have never let it go.
