Have you met Willie at MeePah Ventures? He is our very popular Blue-eyed White alpaca. This afternoon for Downtown Bedford, Inc. First Friday Celebration I will be color blending fiber on a drum carder to create beautiful turquoise to match Wi***es eyes. The fiber will be used in my felting projects. Alpacas are coming to the Downtown Bedford, Inc. Farmers Market on Wednesday May 20th. The Backstage Alpaca Shop is bringing alpacas to Bedford. We will have a pen with a couple alpacas to help people appreciate these very special animals. Visit the alpacas then walk down the street to shop for alpaca products at The Backstage Alpaca Shop inside Founders Crossing Artisan & Vintage Market Place .

What makes the products at The Backstage Alpaca Shop so soft and luxurious? It's the Alpaca fleece. This week we are shearing our alpacas at MeePah Ventures Alpaca Farm. So in order to help people understand the connection between soft Alpaca socks and these beautiful animals, we will display the newly shorn fleece of our Champion female, Meepah's Maia Skye. Her full fleece will be on display at The Backstage Alpaca Shop inside Founders Crossing Artisan & Vintage Market Place on Friday May 1st from 4 to 7, as part of Downtown Bedford, Inc.
