The math on this one is too good not to share 🧮☀️

Under contract this month = closed by September = first payment isn’t due till November. That’s an entire fall of zero mortgage payments while you’re still living your old life in the cold.

Meanwhile we’re already at the beach. No shovel. No scraping a windshield. Just sand between your toes and a “sorry, I don’t check that app anymore” energy toward winter weather alerts.

And yes — the second the temp drops below 0 up north, your phone is going to blow up with “hey so… can I come stay with you for a week 👀” texts. We already know. It’s tradition at this point.
