Point of view- you spot the crazy wild over the top earring rounder treasure trove in my booth.
Why so many and why such an incredible variety? Because the imagination is a wonderful place to live and creativity has no boundaries. And when I start digging in the tiny things I get lost in both and I just run with it.

(Reminder I am actually a rabid little squirrel with pliers not the smiling blonde you see in the pictures)

I was limited to 20 images- but I know y’all have eagle eyes- if you need close ups of any of the collections just message me- most pairs are $20/$25- a couple are $40/$45 (the triple glitter eyeballs which I need to make more of)
And because I am rich in stock right now- I’ll throw in free shipping if you decide to snag 2 or more pairs! I can only ship tomorrow this week- I’m loading the truck/ having a pre show party/ and setting up Friday at Art Walk!

I’m almost completely ready prepping jewelry for my first few art fairs- (Birmingham Art Walk and Finster Fest up first! My schedule is pinned if you missed it!)

I was just missing fresh variations of my Social Butterflies! Vintage book pages and old photos, sculpted in epoxy resin and engineered to flutter around the neckline- these literally fly out of my booth. Pun intended.
I came up with this sculpting technique during that time which must not be named. And these hot Alabama days are perfect for implementing it.

I was asked about making a Dolly Parton design- and if you swipe to necklace D- I painted colorful bright butterflies in Dolly’s honor- since she loved butterflies and never lived her life in neutral!

It’s wild how intensely driven I get working on these metal banner pieces. They are a slog of detail and repetition- mark, punch, work through the clock chain link row after row- and the words become this mantra burning over and over.
But the satisfaction of attaching that last row? Ah. It’s so good.
I shortened this one a few lines. And I ran out of T’s so I made my own (folkies can do what we want. No rules)
Working on another huge penny pennant at the moment-

My fall art fair schedule! Feel free to message me any questions!
Applying in two mediums is wild- so are the acceptances!
I think the biggest shell shock will be Pensacola- where I’ve shown jewelry five times and won an Award of Distinction one year! But this year- only sculpture accepted! (Which I’m delighted to be bringing-but jewelry patrons- I’m so sorry!).

I’ve learned a lot through this process- and I’m still experimenting and growing- I know I’ll continue to build on the momentum of working hard on my art every day- I dream of always showing both bodies together- because the second doesn’t exist without the first.
All self taught- all trial and error- the imagination is a beautiful place to live. I’ll figure it out.

Hope to see you on the road this fall- and don’t worry- I’ll be going farther afield again one year soon (hi Houston- Louisville and others I miss you- I’ve needed to stay tight and mother xo)

I’ve been asked a few times for Dolly -esque pieces- I’ve been rolling that around in my head. I’ve been working on fresh social butterflies- and Dolly loved butterflies- I may make a Dolly edition. Stay tuned.

Bringing back my Free Love pendants for fall 2026-
The story goes like this:
These little iron hearts are pieces from antique broken door mats- you know how people just stomp on our hearts and wipe their feet on them and we just keep loving anyways? And the tokens were old amusement tokens- that say NO CASH VALUE. Because you can’t buy love - you have to give it away for free.

The Folk Hearts are new! I found these wonderful rustic buckles in Santa Fe and knew I needed to do something special with them- when I was playing around creating tassels from thimbles this summer I knew exactly what I wanted to pair them with. The end results are cobbled together and very Found- even the chain I dug out paired so beautifully. I love the wonkiness. These will not hang straight- but love isn’t linear is it?

Pendants as promised- Free Love has been one of my most popular pendants for years. Both styles are $40- plus $8 to ship. They are also great gifts if you are thinking ahead towards the holidays- let me know if you need one or more!

I feel like creating wearable stories is something I could do in my sleep now (sometimes I do dream I’m making new work- it’s actually very helpful) This week was back to school - and it also functioned as therapy. All the new directions- which also explains all the compasses- definitely on my mind!

Haint blue and bottle trees- dispersing and trapping the ghosts that haunt us. Map pins pin pointing the way to the places the morning sun needs to burn away.
The memory is a home.

Exploring new materials and seeing where I could go with them.
The imagination is a wonderful place- and wandering where it lead, brought me to a better story than the one I began with.

In other news- my fall art fair schedule is finalized- I’ll release it soon- two of the shows I’ll have two mediums- one just jewelry- and two just sculpture! ☀️

I also created some small versions of these hainted homes with the cutest tiny bottle trees- but they are still in the process of exploration.
