When inboxing me (while site is down at the moment)
My reply time will typically ONLY be during business hours *(which are listed BELOW) and please allow ATLEAST 24-72 hours for a response (I work a full time job, I’m in school & I’m a mom. I’m not a robot, PLEASE ALLOW ME TIME)‼️

Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday & Sunday: I DO NOT WORK WEEKENDS, I DO NOT WORK WEEKENDS, I DO NOT WORK WEEKENDS‼️ *unless you’re paying me $100 to do ANYTHING on top of REGULAR PRICING.
ANY CUSTOM ORDER will be have to be placed accordingly & WITH the person needing the service (NOT your cousin, sister, auntie or uncle) I do NOT send previews while working on ANY order. We will ONLY communicate THREE times throughout order. This process as follows: 1. Sending ideas/inspo photo, 2. Receive of payment & any LAST minute changes (After materials are bought, NO changes can be made whatsoever), 3. Scheduling arrangements for order PICKUP OR SHIP TO ADDRESS (Customer is responsible for SHIPPING FEE which is not included in REGULAR pricing) Typical turnaround time is 21 BUSINESS days so if you’re needing it by a certain date, it’s not my job to make sure you have it by then UNLESS you’re paying a RUSH FEE OF $75/NO EXCEPTIONS whatsoever! This extra payment is to covered EXPEDITED shipping cost for materials & ETC.🪡
FULL PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED!!! Order can not be placed without FULL PAYMENT unless discussed otherwise. Absolutely NO REFUNDS on custom orders unless it’s on MY END!
