Cristina Yang and Meredith Grey were onto something with “dancing it out”.

When your mind feels like it’s spiraling, sometimes you need to get out of your head and back into your body.

We’re choosing homes filled with dancing, laughter, and room to feel our feelings. Not walking on eggshells or pretending everything is fine behind closed doors.

Sometimes choosing calm looks a little chaotic. 🫶

Apparently, my brain has been taking naps without my permission. 🫠🧠

Research published in March 2026 suggests that people with ADHD may experience brief bursts of sleep-like brain activity while they’re completely awake.

So when you’re reading the same paragraph five times, zoning out mid-conversation, or walking into a room and immediately forgetting why you’re there… your brain might actually be experiencing a tiny moment of sleep-like activity.

And here I was thinking I just needed to try harder to pay attention.

Of course, not every moment of forgetfulness or distraction is caused by this, but it’s fascinating to learn more about how ADHD brains work!

Send this to someone who thinks you’re never listening. Your brain might just be sneaking in a nap.

Some days your brain is ready to take on the world. Other days, the smallest tasks feel impossible.

For anyone navigating ADHD, executive dysfunction, or simply a day when your brain won’t cooperate, we see you.

You deserve comfort on the productive days AND the days when just showing up is enough.

Because your worth has never been measured by your productivity. 🫶

Everyone’s mental health journey looks different, but no one should have to walk it alone. 🤍

This World Mental Health Day, we’re reminding you that you don’t have to have it all together to deserve love, support, and comfort.

We’re grateful to create something that can bring a little comfort with you, wherever life takes you.

Here’s to making the heavy days feel a little lighter.

For some ADHD brains, sharing a similar story is another way of saying, “I hear you, I understand you, and you’re not alone.” 🫶

It’s not about making the conversation about themselves. It’s about finding connection through shared experiences.

Sometimes, feeling understood is the most comforting thing of all. 🤎

Anyone else relate to this?
