•WHY IS IT CALLED RADIOLA CLUB 1987? 🤔

My name is André.

When I was 6 years old, I broke my left arm for the third time.

The accident happened in 1987, and my arm healed a little crooked.

Back then, kids gave me the nickname “Radiola Arm.”

Important Note: What is a *Radiola*? A *Radiola* is a vinyl record player from the 80s and 90s, though it first appeared in the 50s.

It was bullying.

Honestly… I hated that name.

But life has a funny way of changing things.

A year later I found skateboarding.

A few years after that, surfing became part of my life.

At the beach there was another André…

So everyone started calling me André Radiola.

The nickname stayed.

The hate disappeared.

The story became part of who I am.

Today…

Radiola is no longer a nickname.

It’s a reminder that your biggest weakness can become your greatest identity.

And 1987?

That’s the year everything changed.
