I’ve lost 90 pounds in the last couple of years and I have found that water is a non-negotiable. The problem is I hate water. So, I drink these electrolytes on the daily. The flavor is a mixture of coconut, strawberry and watermelon. It’s amazing. I can’t live without it.

Mood rings are making a HUGE comeback, and I am over the moon about it.

Remember begging for one of these in 5th grade? They still make them — except now they come in sterling silver and lapis instead of plastic and glitter. Grown-up mood ring, unlocked. 🔵

I’ve lost 90 pounds in the last couple of years and to hold myself accountable I video it. Hopefully you all can get some ideas, but this drink is my go to and honestly most days my saving grace. You just feel better when you drink this. The coconut strawberry taste is out of this world.
