THE WONDERFUL OWNERS OF THE WEST POINT FOUNDRY DONATED THEIR HOME TO THE PUTNAM DEMS FOR OUR FUNDRAISER, THEY'VE ALSO GRACIOUSLY DONATIONED A WEEKEND TO THE FUNDRAISER. Lincoln was there when the War between the States was raging. You'll be seeped in the period with history by the most wonderful owner/guide. The home has two sections; the antique side, carefully & lovingly restored, complete with a privy, outdoor well & period art, furniture & decor. The contemporary half of the home, where guests stay, is beautifully designed. The owners took the greatest care installing the most up-to-date fixtures to save the planet. Believing in science is amazingly elegant & remarkable in its design, make sure you see it.
