Yes you have a local milliner ;) based in Brewster New York with private studio appointments available for fittings and shopping because you always need a new hat and sometimes those special occasion hat events just pop up. I will be this weekend in South Salem/Onatru Farm Park. I am so excited to be there again this year.

Back in 2018 I had. This I had sign made for my very first big show. I was so nervous about doing it because it cost about $800 and my mom, my biggest supporter told me do the show and if you don’t make $800 I will give you $800. The day I picked up the sign. I was so excited I took picture and emailed them to her. I had no idea that she was brought to the hospital she passed away later that evening. I was torn as to whether or not to do that show. I rushed down to Florida to help my dad get ready to come noerth for her funeral, I flew back on Thursday and set up for the show because it’s what she would have wanted me to do. That show was a huge success. The only reason that show was a success. It was because an army of people helped me make it so, my husband helped me move in and set up my friend Gina, worked tirelessly for the three days selling hats, my daughter’s math tutor Tara and my friend Meghan worked the other days and of course, my brother-in-law Paul and Bina came to move me out on Sunday. I’m still doing shows this weekend that she would be so proud of and Always while I am prepping for them I never forget how my mom pushed me to do that first show and how all those people helped me to make it a success for her.

A few more pieces from vintage. The baby pink and pale blue pill box hat gives off a little sailor feel if perched forward. The swirled horse hair percher has bewitched me and sold this past weekend. I live when a piece so simple has easy movement.
