Back on it. Dropped off for a bit eating some really unhealthy meals. Waaaaaayyyyy too much butter, too much cheese, far more carbs than I’m use to (but still way less than most) but I’m back and going to be using this as my way of keeping myself on track. Summer is coming and vaccinations are hopefully going to give us that hot girl summer so time to shed that Covid weight. .
Breakfast post 1 hr leg workout & 15 min peloton cycling class. Two eggs broccoli and tomato omelette with a touch of shredded white cheddar. .
