The Hidden Timeline Trap: Don’t Forget the "Getting Ready" Buffer!
When planning your wedding day timeline, it’s easy to focus on the ceremony start time, the cocktail hour, and the reception entrance. But there’s one crucial window that almost always runs behind: the morning prep.

To avoid the pre-ceremony rush, here are 3 golden rules for your getting-ready timeline:
The 50% Rule for Hair & Makeup: If your stylist says it takes 45 minutes per person, budget an hour. It’s better to have extra time to sip ch*****ne than to be rushing your eyeliner.
The Gown Window: Putting on a luxury bridal gown is a beautiful ritual, not a race. Allocate at least 20 to 30 minutes just for getting into your dress, fastening buttons/corsets, putting on shoes, and adjusting your veil.
The "First Look" Buffer: If you are doing a first look with your partner or your bridal party, add a 15-minute buffer right before it. This gives you a moment to breathe, look at yourself in the mirror, and take it all in.
đź’ˇ Atelier Tip: Designate one bridesmaid or your coordinator to be the "Keeper of the Details." Gather your invitation suite, rings, shoes, perfume, and a gorgeous hanger for your gown the night before so your photographer can shoot them immediately when they arrive!
