We were working out with some friends and playing around with single arm front push downs on the Lat Pulldown. came up with the idea of a neutral grip version of the single arm.

We approached Raw Motive Works about the idea and they made us these kick ass new handles!! We love being able to add more variety and variation to our equipment.

HUGE ‘Thank You’ to Susie and Pete over . We cannot say enough about their equipment and customer service. Members are going to love this new variation!

The first “Bring A Friend Friday” was a hit! HUGE ‘THANK YOU’ to everybody who brought friends, all the friends who came out, all the new people who signed up.

🚨NEW EQUIPMENT ALERT!🚨

The Watson Hip Thrust wasn’t hitting quite like we had hoped. So we have replaced it with the Glutebuilder Bench! This will be more functional with barbell work. It also has band pegs (cause we LOVE our band pegs over here) for banded work and an adjustable back for different angles!

For those of you who love the Watson bench, don’t fret! We just moved it into the functional room so it can be used for banded, body weight, and unilateral work!
