What once was a simple rental listing 8 years ago, this sale was one of the most interesting transactions of my career. Between overcoming an abnormally high condo fee, overseeing the installation of new floors and a complete paint job as terms of the sale, and a mandate by the buyer’s lender that I needed to rent out their current condo before closing to make the math work, this property took a whole bunch of creativity and effort to get to the finish line.
