Some healing doesn’t happen loudly—it happens in quiet moments, in steady hands, and in the patience to keep going. Just like quilting, life doesn’t ask us to hide the broken parts. It asks us to hold them together, piece by piece, until something meaningful takes shape again. What once felt scattered can become something warm, whole, and full of story.

There’s a quiet courage in continuing, even when things aren’t perfect. In real life, healing rarely looks like a straight line—it’s stitched slowly through small efforts, soft acceptance, and the willingness to begin again. And one day, you realize: the very pieces you thought were broken are the ones that made you stronger.

This sweet appliquéd sweatshirt was so fun to make! One of my favorite things with quilting and embroidery is creating keepsakes of clothing to keep those precious memories! Thank you to Katie for trusting me with these sweet memories!

Tatum recently completed her first quilt and I had the privilege to quilt it for her! She did a great job on this sweet flag quilt that was quilted with the “Filigree” pantograph. ❤️🇺🇸

It’s always special to be apart of a new quilters journey! I love seeing the younger generations learning the “grandma” hobbies and knowing these skills will not be dying anytime soon.

Two of Mom’s quilts that I recently quilted for her! The first is an “American Dream” pattern that was quilted with the “Sun Kissed” pantograph. The second is a scrappy Lemoyne Star pattern that was quilted with a small scale “Chantilly Lace” pantograph. They both turned out beautifully!

Teri always brings me beautiful quilts to finish! I completed these 3 in December, we decided to use the pantograph Diagonal Plaid on the cozy flannel, the panto went perfectly with the plaid designs on the top and the back. The pantograph Football Stars added to the fun theme of the Chiefs quilt. The vintage Trip Around the World top was quilted with the Filigree pantograph, which is one of my favorites for vintage tops to add a lot of pretty texture.
