Some of you have seen the sneak peek of my new vibe + branding that I've been working on behind-the-scenes. Although I absolutely want to save up for a major brand refresh (new photos + new website), this was the reset I've been waiting for. The "No-Pushback" Price Increase Framework That Added $66,000 to a Service Provider's Revenue in 30 Minutes

Let's talk about the most uncomfortable conversation in business: raising your prices.

Most service providers would rather do ANYTHING than tell clients they're increasing their rates. So they just... don't. And it's costing them tens of thousands every year.

After working with thousands of service providers, I've found that most haven't raised their prices in over a year. Many haven't raised them since they started their business.

That's why I developed the Stairstep Price Increase Framework - a methodical, low-stress approach that has helped my clients add significant revenue without losing a single valuable client.

Here's how it works:

1️⃣ THE SEGMENTATION STRATEGY Not all clients should receive the same increase. I help you categorize clients into three tiers: Legacy (smallest increase), Standard (moderate increase), and New (highest rates). This prevents sticker shock while maximizing revenue.

4️⃣ THE LEGACY CLAUSE For long-term clients, I show you how to implement a strategic "loyalty discount" that makes them feel valued while still increasing your revenue. One client retained 100% of her legacy clients using this approach.

5️⃣ THE FUTURE-PACING PROTOCOL The final step prevents you from waiting another year to raise prices again. We build in automatic, small increases that clients expect and accept without drama.
