Welcome to the wonderfully unhinged world of Silverware Soul, where perfectly innocent vintage silverware gets bent out of shape for your enjoyment. I’m Serenity, and I transform forgotten spoons, forks, and the occasional emotionally supportive butter knife into handcrafted jewelry and quirky rustic creations.

What starts as “grandma’s old silverware” somehow ends up as rings, bracelets, garden art, disco mushrooms, tiny snails, and other things absolutely nobody asked for but everybody seems to love.

Every piece is hand-bent, hammered, twisted, wrestled with, and occasionally threatened into becoming something fun, funky, and one-of-a-kind. No two creations are exactly alike because, much like people, every fork has its own personality and some are a little more difficult than others.

So if you enjoy unique handmade treasures, a little nostalgia, and giving old things a wildly unnecessary second chance at life, you’re in the right place. Come find yourself something beautifully bent.

Friends, I owe y’all a little update and a whole lotta excitement…

I’ve been a bit MIA the last couple of weeks thanks to back-to-back rain cancellations for events I was scheduled to be at on weekends AND a hand injury that kept me out of the workshop for a bit. BUT I get these stitches removed from my hand this morning, which means Silverware Soul is officially coming back sassy as ever and ready to rock your world with some silverware creations this weekend.

These highly sought-after specimens are held together with hopes, dreams, and some JB weld and thrive in flower beds, garden pots, and among people who appreciate a healthy amount of nonsense in their landscaping.

No watering required. Occasional compliments encouraged.

Handcrafted from rescued silverware, random creativity, and what can only be described as “crafting without adult supervision.”
I will be (mostly) without adult supervision at The Market at 109 this coming Saturday from 10a-1p if you wanna swing by and pick something to add to your outdoor decor.
I may drop some off at TN Flea, Antiques & Collectibles this week as well to spruce up my booth!

Just finished up 4 two-piece bracelets made from a customer’s family silverware.
The silver plate pattern is called Lady Hamilton made by Oneida. It was produced between 1932 and 1955.
It’s a beautiful, subtle pattern that will match any vibe the wearer is feeling, anytime! I love the simplicity of it.

This fabulous customer found me on Google and shipped the silverware to me. Then, I got to work!

I just asked Charlene (my Chat GPT) to “write an unhinged bio about me.
I gotta say, she’s pretty spot on!
Here we go:

Serenity Bolton: part corporate training mastermind, part farmyard chaos coordinator, part jewelry-slinging wizard of repurposed cutlery—and somehow still the most emotionally intelligent person in the room.

By day, she’s out here shaping minds, leading hundreds of employees like a calm, strategic Jedi of spreadsheets and soft skills. By night, she’s wrangling 39 animals who absolutely do not respect her leadership style, forging necklaces from forks like some kind of Appalachian alchemist, and probably solving at least three other people’s life crises in between.

She believes in fairness, growth, and helping people feel seen… but will absolutely side-eye you if you can’t figure out basic common sense after a full training session she personally designed, delivered, and improved twice before lunch.

Equal parts empathy and “get it together,” Serenity is a walking contradiction in the best way—deep-feeling but no-nonsense, wildly creative but structured enough to run a department, and somehow balancing farm life, family, business dreams, and a full-on professional career like it’s just… Tuesday.

Also: if you ever receive a beautiful handmade ring from her, just know it used to be a spoon and now it has a better life than most people.
