2023 Specifically I was having trouble explaining to my young daughters why I was on the road all the time for work, flying all over the country. Work is work, and hotels are not giant play castles like they may think. There was absolutely some guilt processing therapy going on writing the first book, then at some point writing switched to being fun and now there is a series in the works. I started writing my first kids book as part of a personal growth challenge within an executive/entrepreneurial leadership group coaching. The “what” and “how” just sort of came, I wasn’t sure of any process, nor had I received any direct path guidance on how to jump into book writing and getting published. I just knew I wanted to see my book on the local library shelves one day.
