I love to make rag quilts and I think mine stand out from the rest. I use smaller squares of fabric which takes more material and time to make but I believe the most beautiful part of a rag quilt is the "ragging", therefore in my 37"x47" quilt there are 130 squares on the top and 130 on the back, most this size average 35-56 squares per side. Also the back of my quilts are laid out in a different

layout, so it is like 2 quilts in one! Made of soft flannel with a layer of batting sewn between. They are pre-washed to start the "ragging" process. Machine wash in cold water on gentle or regular cycle and dry. I would recommend to wash alone a time or 2. The best part of these are that they get softer with each wash! Made in a smoke and pet free home.
