This is not what I had planned for my Thursday drive home but I am thankful that I was able to drive by when I did so I could at least make this turtle more comfortable during this stressful time. I’m thankful for the help of the wildlife rescue and that there are people out there willing to volunteer their time to help native animals in need at their most vulnerable times.
