Hello crafters. I just wanted to check in and say I am still around.

People have asked if I am going to start back up again. The answer is maybe. I normally close in the summer months to spend time with family.

With the price of wood being so high I don’t want to have to increase my prices to cover the increase or not be able to purchase for an upcoming party so I will reevaluate price and availability in the fall.

For your immediate crafting fix The Aviary Girls are local to Aldie and offer DIY kits and are hosting parties.

I miss you all!

People have requested parties but unfortunately we are unable to book. Not only just for social distancing enforcements but there is an overall wood shortage. I can’t guarantee the wood to be to our satisfaction or available when we need it for the design orders. When this all changes I will be open for business again.

Until then stay safe, healthy, and keep crafting.

If you would like stencil only order you can reach out to me. Pricing will vary depending on complexity of design and size.

***Update - I look forward to booking fall parties with you and give you all a hug. Stay safe stay healthy****

Booking spring parties until May 10th. Most weekends are open except for spring break week. I only book one per weekend (Friday-Sunday) so once a booking is lined up that weekend is closed.

I close for the summer so if interested in a party book today!

P.S. I will do take home kits throughout the summer.

Recently I worked with a friend who wanted to have a party prior to the end of February for her daughters birthday but we could not finalize on a date and cost was a factor.

I suggested I provide her kits then she could get the remaining supplies and host herself on her own schedule.

This is an excellent solution and can keep the costs down for a birthday party. I would only suggest that you have attended a Host-A-Craft party so you are familiar with the steps.

I provided the wood, stencils, sandpaper, and a step-by-step instructional sheet.

Minimum 6 kit purchase. Cost for a one design party is $20 per kit. Cost may vary if new or custom designs or larger sizes.

She and her daughter will shop for the paints and paint daubers. I am super excited to see the end crafts.
