Real quick, I'd like to talk about QUALITY. One of the most important values I have for my business is providing quality items to my customers.

⬇️ This is a custom shirt order that I had come in last week. (Side note: I love to take custom orders and can pull things through last minute for locals!)

Although you may not be able to see it, there is a tiny flaw with this shirt. The design is shifted to the left a teeny bit...like less than an inch. As soon as I noticed it, I knew I wouldn't be okay sending that out to my customer, so I scrapped this one and started over.

Anytime I become aware of a flaw, whether prior to shipment or following a shipment, I make sure to correct it because I value quality and I value my customers!
