My adorable new mug (from newfaceofvintage shop on Etsy) is the exact anemoia I’m trying to cultivate - sunwashed, pastel, a little tacky. My 80s were brown, a vibe I also love, but I’m chasing the feeling of living in a Hiroshi Nagai painting.

I found these lovely candleholders at The Brass Grasshopper: Antiques • Vintage • Local this weekend, so drawn to the Haegar swooshes and this gorgeous dusty shade. Also the place itself was delightful, so many booths full of gorgeous things, we had fun checking it out! It’s a stone’s throw from where we live in Charlotte/Matthews so we will for sure be back.
