Corgi Art Shop Welcome to Corgi Art Shop. I'm taking my love of Jewelry and corgis and coming up with corgi related items that I hope you will enjoy.

Barbara Tilley approaches her artwork the same way that she approaches a jelly donut, with both hands and no worries about the powdered sugar! She never met a craft she didn’t want to try, or a craft supply she didn’t want to buy! She would love to share all her fun with you and invites you to take a ride with her to where ever the sugar rush takes her. Barbara spent the last 10 years making and s

elling her jewelry at different craft shows. She started with wire jewelry and made lots of jewelry, friends, and a little money. Wanting to get into bigger and hopefully more profitable shows, she decided she needed to make completely unique beads. Do you know how to find unique beads? “Unique” up on them. – get it? No really, she decided to make her own beads and jewelry components. This led her in the direction of fired arts such as porcelain and glass. (Not to mention the 5 kilns...) The newest path she has taken is that of metalwork which includes enameling, but she has to go now because we hear the ice cream truck outside. Barbara Tilley is an author of four books and one DVD available on Amazon. Barbara is a big believer in supporting local business and teaches at her local bead store, Studio Baboo, www.StudioBaboo.com. Barbara earned her MBA while working full time as an accountant. She has participated for many years in the Neptune Festival and Sea Wall Art shows among many other shows on the East coast.

Take a look at all the great programs that Greene Parks & Greene County Parks & Recreation has to offer. I will be teaching Introduction to Leather Tooling and the Charlottesville Bead Society ( I'm a member!) will be teaching the Introduction to Beading. Both classes are for beginners. Join us and make some new connections in your community.

Choose a program and register online without lining up at the office when registration opens.
