Customer and CEO of JCJChicago, JACQULINE JONES ( 257 Washington Blvd Unit 8 Oak Park, IL 60130) has not only cost my company (Chris Auto Repair, Inc.) it’s reputation, but has ruin an innocent individual reputation for doing their job; this individual has filed complaint after complaint. Individual owes a bill for their car repair’s that was done on their “USED” 2002 Isuzu Trooper (VIN:JACDJ58XX27J01875) , and was getting it automatically sent to their email; just like any companies billing system. Tired to say getting their bill is “harassment”; my company has occurred legal expenses, deformation and has gotten an innocent individual reputation ruined. This individual is very “vindictive”, ‘discriminating” and “prejudice” towards other individuals. This all started, because individual cannot afford to pay for their repairs that they authorize, and now is miss using the justice to ruin a company’s reputation and individual credibility because they don’t want to pay their repairs. This individual even bad mouthed her bosses, clients and anyone who she can just to make herself seem like the victim. This individual has even sent tweets (, , ) on social media stating “how she going to make my company pay” “how am going to make this individual pay” just because they don’t want to pay her bill of $938.00 + collection fees and late fees. Currently in collections. Be advised, this individual is very “vindictiveness” and is stopping at nothing to make this individual life a nightmare; just because they don’t want to pay their bill. To all companies and consumer’s, save yourself and your company’s reputation an avoid doing business with this individual (JACQULINE JONES). This individual will ruined your name, credibility and cost your company a lot more. As a business owner who is currently dealing with this; my best advice to other consumers and business owners stay clear of this individual and protect yourself and your company’s reputation. Chris Auto Repair, Inc currently no longer affiliate itself with this individual and no longer does business with this individual and is being currently being sued!
