My gift is my ministry. Each person that sits in my chair allows me the opportunity to uplift them or be uplifted. Not just because “I’m doing your hair” but words are powerful. I don’t know what we about to talk about. I didn’t know you battling depression, I didn’t know kids were bullying at school, I didn’t know you just moved .. However by time you leave I bet you have a different perspective. I love what I do, the equal amount of exchange I receive from my clients. It’s not a one way relationship.

Two people cant get through a door at once. One person has to go first. Your more valuable to others when you work on. Cant bring people where you are if you haven’t even gotten there yet. Dont be afraid of change.. some change is good. Strip your old personality from the things you dont like and become a new person. We all are growing and learning. Time to stop making the same mistakes.

Tip:

Take your childs natural hair down at a reasonable time. Stop waiting until the style wants to become permanent. This causes more pain on the child. Leaving the scalp to be sore. There should be some form of routine in place. Braid style on natural hair should be taken down in 2-3 weeks nothing longer.After the take down detangle, please dont just slap it in a pony. Makes its easier on everyone, the child especially. Use moisturizing products for the take down it will help a ton.
