Today TMTC turns 1 and what a year it has been!

Just like a newborn baby I have been seeing things for the first time and making new discoveries everyday.

I initially started my entrepreneurial journey as a Certified Event Planner. But as we all know the pandemic turned everything upside down. So, a year ago, I had to make a decision, sink or swim??? So after praying I opened my eyes, just like a newborn and with my new birth and new sight The MyTee Thoughts Collection, LLC was born. I created this brand with the mindset that if I change my thinking, I can change my life. So all of the products I have launched over the last year has been with that thought process in mind.

Could I have just gone back to work? Absolutely! But I decided that my dreams were more important to me than helping someone manifest their dreams for their large corporation that has made millions and billions already. I had to change my thinking and focus on what would get me to the place of comfort, peace and keep my sanity in tact. I have to leave my Sweet Pea with something that she too could build off of if she so chooses.

This empire building is not for the faint of heart. It’s a lot of consistent work all of the time. You have to know when to hold ‘em and when to fold ‘em. That last part comes totally by being still, trusting and listening to God. I have only made it this far by His grace for it is truly sufficient for me.

Hey MyTee Thinkers! I decided that I would start to share more about me and my life. So today I want to tell y’all that I loooove being a mommy and all that it entails!

My daughter went to Chicago this summer and I told her that I was going to have a single mommy summer since she would be gone. Well that lasted about a week 😂😂. I went out a couple of times and was over it very quickly. That’s when I really realized I love being a mommy and wanted her to come home, but she didn’t.

I love fussing, cooking, grocery shopping, laughing and talking to her. I love hearing Ma 50 million times in an hour 🥰🥴🥰🥴🥰😂. I love the random snuggle on the couch. She is my heart and I’m so glad that God chose me to be her mom.

I know it’s been awhile and I have gained a few new followers, so let me reintroduce myself.

I am Stephonie, the founder and black woman boss of The MyTee Thoughts Collection, LLC.

I love God and He loves me and alllllll of my flaws!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I’m a single mom to a teenage daughter and all of the drama that comes with my Sweet Pea, lol! I wouldn’t trade her for anything.

I’ve been on this full-time entrepreneurial journey officially for 2 years now, it’s not easy y’all, but I’m still here!!!!

I just celebrated my 6 year anniversary of the big move from Chicago to Houston. And yes, I know you’re asking, I LOVE IT! 😍😍😍

One last thing about me - I’m a sucker for anything that sparkles and wherever I go I leave a little sparkle behind 🤩🤩🤩!

I literally just finished a phone conversation with my bestie (if you know you know) and she gives great life tidbits (no wonder she’s a successful master life coach ) and you know what?!?!

I AM SICK OF MYSELF 🥴😢💛😳😂

I am my own worst enemy. I can out think myself, out talk myself and overly analyze everything. I can tell you to see the glass half full, but I can’t do that for myself. The very thing that I am excited about is the very thing I’m afraid of…Success! There I said it. Now you know. That is my deepest darkest secret.

Soooo.... I signed up to do my first vendor show this Friday! I am so excited 70% and anxiety is about 27% and the other 3% is ??? If you know me I’m extroverted and introverted at the same time, lol.

Just a brief thought I wanted to share that has been on my mind and that is...We all have things tangible and non tangible that we want/need in life.

Be the epitome of your wants/needs.

What does that mean? I’m glad you asked!

It means if you want to see change, be willing to adapt at any given moment. If you want love, love without limits. If you want peace, stop gossiping and being so messy. If you want a thriving business, put in the work. Y’all get my drift?!?!
