Would you believe me when I say that literally everything I’m wearing is thrifted?!

Blazer… thrifted.
Top… thrifted.
Skirt… thrifted.
Shoes… thrifted.

And this is what people don’t tell you…
It’s not about finding “cheap” clothes.
It’s about knowing what looks like money when you see it.

Because I didn’t just throw this on… I curated this.

Most people are out here paying full price trying to look put together…
Meanwhile I’m in the thrift store building whole outfits for the price of somebody’s lunch.

No shame. No gatekeeping. Just results.

And if we’re being honest…
If I didn’t tell you, you wouldn’t know. 👀

Jimmy Choo! I found these gorgeous pumps at a consignment store and they go perfectly with my white dress from Asos that I got on sale. Do you thrift a lot of designer shoes?

This thrifted skirt is one of my best scores!!!! Less than $12. Fitted tops generally work best Feel free to opt for a fitted blouse, sweater, or tee with your full skirt, but a fitted, structured blazer or jacket can work beautifully, too, so long as it's the right length. but makes me feel like a million bucks. Banana Republic shirt thrifted as well for $1.

I know a lot of people don't like full skirts, but can I tell you, full skirts are for EVERY size. Fitted tops generally work best. Feel free to opt for a fitted blouse, sweater, or tee with your full skirt, but a fitted, structured blazer or jacket can work beautifully too, so long as it's the right length. Add a belt to further define the waist. Plus, it slims you on top, while the skirt adds volume at your hips resulting in a waist that looks smaller.

I know how easy it is to fall into survival mode.

Work. Kids. Responsibilities. Exhaustion.

And somewhere in there… you stop showing up for yourself.

Not because you don’t care.
Because you’re busy.

But I made a decision a while ago. is not going to make me invisible.

I still want to feel beautiful.
I still want to feel put together.
I still want to feel like me.

And honestly… it doesn’t take as much as we think.

A little intention goes a long way.

If you’ve been putting yourself last lately… this is your reminder. 💕

Three months ago, I picked up a pickleball paddle just trying something new.

This weekend, I’m playing in my first tournament. And honestly, I go back and forth between excitement and wondering what I signed myself up for.

When people tell me, “You’ll do fine,” it hits me a little emotionally because they don’t see how hard I am on myself or how much pressure I quietly put on getting better.

But this experience has reminded me that sometimes growth isn’t about waiting until you feel ready. It’s about showing up while you’re still learning, still nervous, still figuring things out.

So here’s to doing things before you feel fully prepared. To trying something new even when you might not be great at it yet. And to remembering it’s okay to just enjoy the journey too.

Three months in. First tournament. Let’s see what happens.

I honestly own 1 coat that was not thrifted...and that was a gift. I find coats to be too expensive so I only look to thrift my coats. ONLY. Found this absolutely fab coat at Goodwill. What say you? Do you thrift your outerwear?

Three months ago, I picked up a pickleball paddle just to try something new.
No plan. No background. No expectations.

And now I’m training for my first pickleball tournament on January 31.

Am I ready? Probably not.
But I’m done waiting to feel like the timing is perfect.

Between work, family, and everything else life throws at us, I realized something:
if I keep waiting, I’ll just keep putting myself last.

So January is about showing up anyway.
Learning as I go.
Seeing what happens when I actually commit.

I’m sharing this whole journey here because I know I’m not the only one who’s thought,
“Is it too late to start something new?”

It’s not.

If you’ve been sitting on a “one day” goal, I’d love to hear what it is.
And if you want to see how this plays out, stay with me through January.
