Rev Her is hitting the road 🏁

We will be CLOSED February 19 through February 25 while we go spend time with some of our Rev Her women and cheer them on at the track!

Will we see you there?
Drop where you’ll be racing, crewing, or watching in the comments. We would love to connect in person!

If you want something, now’s the time to order so we can ship it before we leave. Any orders placed while we’re gone will head out as soon as we’re back.

Taking Rev Her off the screen and into real life. Let’s go 🖤🤘🏻🏁

We’ve only had one Rev Her Open Garage so far.

One ☝🏻

And since that night, my inbox has been filling up with women asking how they can be part of it… When’s the next one? How do I get involved? Don’t leave me out of this!

That tells me everything 🫶🏻

There was something different about that room. No speakers. No panels. No pressure to impress anyone. Just women in motorsports showing up, being honest, asking the questions they’ve been holding in, and backing each other without ego.

You could feel it 🖤

So instead of casually tossing another date on the calendar, I want to build this right.

Open Garage is staying virtual and community driven. But if we’re growing it, we’re doing it with intention. Real consistency, real mentorship, real structure.

If you felt it too, or you’ve been watching and thinking I need to be in that room… this is your moment!

Fill out the interest form below so we can shape the next phase together.

One meeting was the spark.

Now we build the fire 🔥

Link below 🖤🤘🏻🏁 Share with your friends!

This is a virtual space for women in Motorsports to connect, ask questions, share experiences, and grow together. No gatekeeping, no egos, no pressure to be perfect. We’re building this together. Tell us a little about yourself so we can shape it in a way that truly serves this community.

First Rev Her Open Garage in the books ✅

I didn’t want this to feel like a panel or a lecture. I wanted it to feel like sitting in the shop after practice, helmets off, talking about the stuff nobody really says out loud.

The nerves before you roll out.
The pressure.
The confidence swings.
The “do I belong here?” moments.
The wins that nobody else sees.

Different ages, different experience levels, but the same love for the sport 🖤

This is what Rev Her is supposed to be.
A garage.
A safe place to ask the questions.
A space to grow without feeling small.

Tonight felt real and that’s exactly how I want this to start 🖤🤘🏻🏁

Today is National Girls and Women in Sports Day 🖤

And it’s more than a hashtag.

It’s about the girls who learned confidence before they learned fear.
The girls who found their voice through competition.
The girls who grew into women who lead, take space, and refuse to shrink.

Sports teach us resilience, accountability, teamwork, and grit.
They teach us how to lose with grace, win with humility, and keep showing up when it’s hard.
They build women who advocate for themselves and for each other.

Today we celebrate the women on the track, on the field, behind the scenes, and paving the way for the next generation 🫶🏻
We celebrate the ones who were told no and did it anyway.
And the ones making sure the door stays open behind them.

This is why Rev Her exists.
To lift each other up.
To build community.
To make sure girls of all ages know they belong here.

Happy National Girls and Women in Sports Day. Always Rev Her forward 🖤🤘🏻🏁

Selecting a Rev Her Next Gen recipient was one of the most emotional decisions our committee has ever made.

To every woman who applied, thank you. Thank you for your bravery, your honesty, and your willingness to be seen. You shared pieces of yourselves that are not always easy to put into words, and we felt every one of them.

This process stayed with us long after the applications were reviewed. Every single woman stood out. Every story mattered. Each of you found your way onto at least one committee member’s list, and that truth alone made this decision incredibly difficult.

After heartfelt conversations, we are honored to announce our 2026 Rev Her Next Gen recipient.

Congratulations to:

Ella Grabowski Racing! 🖤

We also want to recognize two women whose stories deeply impacted us and who made this decision so incredibly hard:

Taylor Goldman Racing
Krista Steele Racing

Rev Her Next Gen was never meant to be about choosing one winner. It was created to remind women of all ages and at every stage that they are not alone. That their voices matter. That their dreams are valid. And that there is a community ready to stand beside them, cheer for them, and believe in them even on the hard days.

To every woman who applied, this is not goodbye. Please keep an eye on your inboxes. We are just getting started and are committed to finding more ways to stay connected and support one another.

We see you. We care about each of you more than we can put into words. And we are so grateful you are part of this community 🖤

This is only the beginning 🤘🏻🏁
