due to recent issues i feel it’s necessary to make a post here with all of my updated policies regarding placing orders!
1. custom orders require payment up front.
2. custom orders are nonrefundable due to the fact they are exactly that: custom made! the only exception made at this time is if the order is cancelled by myself, which is extremely rare to happen.
3. for all other orders, refunds are based on each individual situation. typically the options given are a remake or refund, as your happiness with my business is my first priority!!
payment options at this time are cash, venmo, apple pay, or cashapp. payment for all orders non-custom is due at time of pickup.
delivery is not typically offered at this time but public meetup options are offered on occasion!
