Just doing the one quick repeat for now til I get some more done on my other current projects. Line up right now is •hat and headband (nearly done with both) •fingerless gloves (these are my "on the go" project right now) •pair of doll sweaters •first full-size sweater!! •second(!) full-size sweater

Blocking is another "never used to do" for me. Truth be told I never really needed it on early projects. I've always tended to take a very philosophical and meditative approach with my craft, and starting to block more has gotten me thinking about patience and limits - knowing when you haven't reached far enough versus when you've stretched yourself too far.

Been a moment since I've done actually green knits 💚

Swatches have grown on me so much through my journey as a creator. I used to never do them, now I border on obsessive lol. There's a certain magic to them, and the mathematics of knitting construction, which I'm sure would surprise a lot of the people I grew up with, since I thought I hated math until I was well into adulthood 😆 but happily for all of us I figured that out
