Can someone who does not live your life really know what your life needs?

We scroll past people confidently explaining what we should do next.

Leave.
Stay.
Forgive.
Move on.
Work harder.
Slow down.
Choose yourself.
Stop caring.
Care more.

Sometimes the advice is thoughtful. Sometimes it may even help.

But no one else is standing inside the exact life you are living.

They do not know every history, responsibility, fear, hope, relationship, or quiet reason behind your choices.

That is why I See You will not try to become an authority over your life.

A story here may give you something to notice. A reflection may feel familiar. Another may not belong to you at all.

You decide what stays with you.

Your life does not need another stranger claiming to know it better than you do.

I see you. You matter.

Have you noticed how often social media tells you what to do?

How to think.
How to heal.
How to grow.
What success should look like.
What you should let go of.
What you should hold on to.
Even how you should feel about your own life.

There is so much advice coming at us that sometimes it becomes difficult to hear our own thoughts underneath all of it.

I See You is not here to add another instruction to that noise.

I am not here to tell you what your life means, what choice you should make, or who you should become.

I want to notice the quieter things with you—the feelings that return, the patterns we carry, the contradictions that do not fit neatly into advice.

You may recognize something. You may not.

There is nothing you are required to learn here.

I See You notices. You decide what it means.

I see you. You matter.
