I grew up in a desert that is abundant with love, color and life. I grew up in a desert whose summer’s are rough, there’s no playground nearby, power went out so I hear my mom telling a story around the candlelight. Around me there’s always mountains that hug, stars so so bright, sunset and sunrise that hypnotize. To my little one and your little ones too, I hope you feel magic. I hope you make an endless supply of mud cakes with friends. I hope you meet peace in your summer times.
