I LOVE the outdoors - flora and fauna! This amazing bald cypress tree resides on Fisheating Creek and flows into the north end of Lake Okeechobee. Searching the internet, I found an incredible pic of the tree Joey Waves - amazing photo!!!

No telling how many fishermen passed this thing up. Makes me sad and mad to see trash like this floating around - so I pick it up. I encourage you to do the same. Let’s leave it better than we found it.

This was early spring. The styrofoam block was incredibly heavy and by the looks of it, had been floating for several years. I beached it the best I could and told a park employee about it so they could finish the extraction.
