Being outside doesn’t have to mean loud nights, surrounded by crowded places. Sometimes being outside means slowing down enough to be present with ourselves. When we’re present, we can hear the wind move through the trees, feel the sun on our skin, and remember that our bodies were made to move. 🧘🏻 “Being outside” means choosing trails over chaos, and fresh air over intoxicated fumes. Redefining what it means to “be outside” is realizing that nature can heal and ground us. Not only that, but sometimes being outside with ourselves, is the best way to bring us back to ourselves. 🌿
