September’s Mail Club artwork unintentionally fell into a bit of a lavender haze🪻

Here's a look at the artwork that made its way into 43 mail club subscribers’ mailboxes this month! Both the postcard and sticker took on a dreamy lavender palette, inspired by nature scenes near and dear to me. I love how they ended up belonging together 🙂

And now that we’ve officially entered the “ber” months, I’m *very* excited to start having some fun with seasonal mail 👀🍂

A little look into the making of All That Grows Between, my showcase piece created for French Creek Coffee & Tea Co.’s recent local art pop-up 🍄✨

Inspired by images of fungi found throughout our region, I gathered a few of my favorites into one wonderfully weird little world and just had fun with it. Unexpected colors, loose brushstrokes, lots of layering, and no real obligation to make nature look exactly as nature “should”

I think that freedom ended up becoming one of my favorite things about the finished piece. Beneath all the color and whimsy is a little reflection on growth, connection, and all the unseen ways life continues to depend upon and reach toward other life💚

The Meadville Chamber W**e, Brew & Spirits Walk is more than just sampling your favorite drinks! 🍷

August, you were a big one 💚

A new collection. A ribbon cutting. One year of boutique ownership. Eight days at the fair. A new mural. Lots and lots of making. New people, familiar faces, beautiful places, good conversations, little moments of inspiration, and more than a few cups of coffee along the way.

There was a lot of work tucked into this month, but there was also a whole lot of life as well 😊

I've been trying to be better about appreciating the moment and not getting too caught up in what's next. It can be so easy to lose sight of the magic happening right around us when life feels especially busy. Remember to hold space for gratitude each day.
