When you pull out the old baby clothes and discover they have mildew stains and most are unsalvageable. You see it from a different angle.
Life has a way of throwing curve balls at you, like having another baby at 41 after divorce and then remarrying. Much like the baby clothes, sometimes life leaves stains of past mistakes and hurts. Leaving you wondering, what can I make of this, or with this?
However much like God, who can take the broken pieces of your heart and mend it with purpose, I choose to take the good parts and give new meaning to them. With the baby clothes of my 3 older children, I pruned what I could and am creating something beautiful.
Likewise, I allowed God to prune my life and create a new life with my already strengths and show me how the broken pieces add character and strengthen me.
