Halimeda's Oasis has a wide variety of MENAHT, Fusion and Hawaiian Costuming Please come visit us on the web and/or at our many vending events.

Halimeda's Oasis was created to provide quality costuming at reasonable prices for Halimeda's students at In Step Studio, Inc. The business grew to include bringing high quality costuming to local hafla, weekend workshops and trunk shows. Halimeda and Michaelis love to feature Florida hand made items from friends as well as high quality imported costuming.

I have a few items with me. They are light weight and fit easily into something I could put in the car. I double checked everything and counted to be sure. I'll list them below; I can drop immediately in the mail.

I'll have a few things up on Etsy from time to time. (halimeda.etsy.com) Some of the members of my Etsy shop will make and ship directly from their location.

I'm catching up on my "thank you" messages this beautiful morning. AND huge shout out of THANK YOU to Pensacola's Saraab Belly Dance for their Spring Spotlight Hafla. It was lots of fun. Jennifer of Orlando taught wonderful classes; the show was fun!

Last of the ironing, tagging and packing for Saraab Spring Spotlight Workshop & Hafla in Pensacola, Saturday May 30th. The wonderful Jennifer from Orlando will be teaching a workshop during the day.

Halimeda's Oasis will be there. I have some new skirts, harem pants and some great consignment items. Also bringing a variety of jewelry. Hope to see you there!

What a wonderful weekend in Sarasota with Shimmy in the Swamp. Paulette Rees-Denis, sponsored by Misha Cain Nell, was the featured instructor. What a dynamic combination! What a marvelous weekend.

Thank you to all that stopped to talk to and to shop with Halimeda's Oasis. It was so good to see friends from prior years and to meet new ones. Thank you to Misha for the invitation to vend and to Karen Matches for convincing me to go.

Halimeda's Oasis will be vending at Shimmy in the Swamp in Sarasota this week, May 15-17. I'm so excited to see Paulette Rees-Denis in person! This will be our first trip to Sarasota and I'm really looking forward to seeing friends from way back and meeting new ones.

I'll be packing jewelry, harem pantaloons, accent skirt toppers for layering and cholis. In addition I'm getting some new never-been-seen-before items to put on the rack.

What a wonderful weekend in Pensacola with Gina Nolan and Ahmed Hussein for a fabulous workshop! Next time I'll skip the bookkeeping and take a class - my knees would be happier up and around.

Huge THANK YOU to all that shopped with Halimeda's Oasis!! I hope to see some pics of all of you in the items that you took home with you.

Pensacola's great workshop with Ahmed Hussein this weekend, April 25th & 26th. Halimeda's Oasis will be there. I'm making my final run to the warehouse tonight for last minute items before packing the Oasis suitcases. If you want me to bring something in particular to look at, please let me know so I can be sure to bring it.

I'm bringing these fun veils in several different colors. I have some balady dresses, skirts, bra/belt sets, handmade jewelry, finger cymbals, canes and a few pairs of harem pants.
