Win is a teacher in the community of Dalton. He’s also the face for our outreach and relationship building with our wholesale partners. He manages accounts, grows the business, and finds more ways to get more of our high quality coffee to the people of our community.

If you have never met the faces behind Arcadia Coffee Roasters, then you’re really missing out.

Asher started the roasting business in college after studying abroad for a year in El Salvador. Asher saw firsthand the process of farming and roasting fresh coffee. He decided after that trip to bring that experience to the states. He even built the first hand crank roaster himself. Luckily we have upgraded since then.

He and his brother are both in education and place a high value on community connection, creativity, and compassion for the farmers overseas.
