Bentonville + Onward HQ was wild!

I met some incredible supply chain investors and Walmart-connected operators but what happened the day after Onward was one of the most unexpected moments in SourceEazy’s journey.

I had a meeting scheduled at the Ledger and it got cancelled. So I was working from Arkade. A few minutes later, I noticed a group touring the 5th floor for a safety gear company. Out of pure curiosity, I joined the tour.

That “random” tour turned into a perfect collision.

The company? Delta Plus Group a France-based PPE leader doing ~$400M+ annually, with factories in Georgia.

As they walked through their current process, they showed me something that instantly stood out:

paper catalogs, manual proofing, and a slow, outdated workflow for building sales assets.

So I asked the guide if I could show them something.

Within minutes, I was presenting SourceEazy's ProofEazy to their team — including leadership in the US and France.

When I demo’d our instant product proofing, semantic search + product recommendations, AI-powered personalized catalogs, and automated sales presentations distributed across thousands of distributors…Their eyes just kept getting bigger.

It was easily one of the best unplanned demos I’ve ever delivered and a real reminder that the industry is changing fast.

AI is rewriting how promotional, uniform, and industrial product suppliers sell. And legacy players will either adapt quickly or get left behind.

Moments like this are why we work 14-hour days and still feel energized to wake up and do it again. Thank you Bentonville. Thank you Onward HQ

2025 was a year of listening, learning, and doing the hard things!

We met with thousands of distributors, creators, suppliers, and partners. We didn’t just have surface-level conversations. We spent time understanding the real problems they face every day.
Inefficiencies in the global supply chain
Lack of industry specific AI innovation
Tariffs and geopolitical tension
Broken workflows
Too many manual steps
Rising costs and inefficiencies
Legacy systems slowing everything down

Instead of guessing at solutions, we built alongside them. We crawled. We walked. We did the unscalable work that most people try to skip. That’s how real platforms are built. That work became SourceEazy, an AI platform built to modernize the custom product industry from design to sourcing to delivery.

I had the opportunity to sit down with Esi Eggleston Bracey, Chief Growth & Marketing Officer at Unilever, a company with over 400 brands operating in more than 190 countries.

Naturally, I had to ask: How do you get anything done at that scale, with so many brands and layers of complexity?

Her answer was simple and powerful: FOCUS.

Unilever narrows its attention to just 2–3 key products at a time to drive real results. That laser-sharp focus enables them to move the needle globally.
That moment stuck with me.

As startup founders, we’re constantly juggling a million things: product, sales, team, growth, fundraising, and more. But to build something truly industry-defining, we need singular focus.

That’s exactly what we’ve been practicing at SourceEazy over the past six months.
