To first look or not to first look? That is the question we hear from so many of our brides! Luckily, thereâs no right or wrong answerâitâs all about what feels most meaningful to you and your fiancĂŠ.
Choosing a first look gives you the opportunity to share a private, intimate moment together before the ceremony. You can see each other, exchange private vows or words, calm those pre-ceremony nerves, and simply take a moment to soak it all in. It also allows you to take many of your wedding portraits before the ceremony, giving you more time to celebrate with your guests afterward.
Choosing not to do a first look means saving that special moment for when you see each other for the first time at the end of the aisle. Thereâs something incredibly emotional about experiencing those raw, genuine reactions in front of all of your loved onesâand those photographs can be truly priceless. â¨
Whether you choose a first look or decide to wait until the ceremony, there is no wrong choice. Your wedding day should be a reflection of you. Whether itâs a quiet, private moment or a room full of loved ones witnessing your first look at each other, slow down, soak it all in, and cherish every second. đ¤
